Markel’s Management liability products are available to nonprofit policyholders that purchase Markel Insurance Company’s General Liability or Package product including General Liability.

It consists of three components with separate terms and conditions, agreements, definitions, and exclusions for each coverage section, in addition to overall coverage terms.

Markel’s Management liability products are admitted products, written on a claims-made form, and approved in 42 states, and the District of Columbia.

• Available to nonprofit organizations
• Must write in conjunction with the General Liability
• Must write the D&O or EPL in order to write any other coverage parts
• Signed application required which becomes part of the policy contract
