Underwriting Guidelines

• Available to nonprofit organizations
• Must write in conjunction with the General Liability
• Must write the D&O or EPL in order to write any other coverage parts
• Signed application required which becomes part of the policy contract

In addition to the application(s), we need the following:

• D&O – Financial statement, complete list of directors and officers
• EPL – Employment application, employee handbook, written policies/procedures for employment practices
• Fiduciary – Financial statement, list of employee benefit plans
• Workplace violence – Confirmation that written policies/procedures are in place in the event of a workplace violence incident
• Internet liability – Confirmation that written policies/procedures are in place for posting of web site content
