Billing changes—please read

Markel is implementing a new billing solution that will improve your billing experience. A transition plan is in place over the next 12-18 months where you could receive multiple bills depending on what we insure for you.

To ensure your payments are received during the transition:

  • Continue to follow the payment instructions provided on your current statements
  • Pay special attention to your billing documents, including payment terms, for new and renewal business beginning May, 2019
  • Remit payment accordingly

Not all policies are eligible for online bill payment. If you experience an error or have questions about how to make a payment, please call us using the appropriate phone number below for assistance. Hagerty classic car insurance customers, please pay using the Hagerty payment portal.
