Markel takes great pride in providing superior claims services for our customers. Thanks to our paperless system, our adjusters have information quickly and easily accessible, resulting in best-in-class turnaround time in paying benefits and responding to inquiries. 

Report an injury
If you have been injured at work and require care, please report this to your employer immediately regardless of the information you have at hand. If you have questions or need additional claim information, contact our Customer Care Center at 1-888-500-3344 or click here to submit your claim directly.

Find a medical provider
If you are injured and need to seek medical attention, please search for a provider within our network.

Get pharmacy services
After you file a claim, click here to download your temporary prescription form via our pharmacy partner, myMatrixx. Bring this completed form and your prescription to your local pharmacy. Injury-specific medications will be honored for up to five days. As soon as your claim is accepted a permanent myMatrixx prescription card will be sent to your mailing address. Please anticipate three to five business days for the card to arrive.
